I have a cluster of users that have setup signatures in 2013, they are set to be used with new emails, replays and forwards. However they don't display ever. Even trying to manually add them which in compose and clicking the name of the signature from the signature drop down doesn't add it to the email. I have been trying to google the answer, but I get a small handful that tell me to use a weird registry fix and the rest explain how to get to signatures in options. I tried to the registry fix, but it didn't do anything, and instructions on getting to the editor are not helpful either. Aldrin- wrote: Try this: 1.
Create new email 2. Select insert tab 3. Look for the white paper with a blue pen icon then click it 4. Click Signatures. On the upper right side of the window, make sure correct email account is selected and the signature you created is selected for 'New messages' and 'Replies/forwards'. Thanks for the advice, those fields were blank, even though the other locations weren't.
Unfortunately, even after adding them in, closing then reopening and confirming they were still populated, it still doesn't sent with a signature, and trying to manually add the signature to the draft doesn't work. Multiple machines. Most of the machines are running what has turned out to be a pirated version of 2007. Sigs work fine on those, but because of compatibility issues we're pushing them into 2013. It seems that each machine that gets 2013 can't add signatures in any meaningful way. The editor is there, the button is there and is interactable, but does nothing ultimately.
Could it possibly be something we have set up in group policy. I don't think we would have anything for that, but I don't know that we don't. Repairing office does not fix the issue and with it not being an isolated case I don't believe reinstalling will either. Overkill or not I would absolutely do that if I thought it would work.

Make sure that the rear hatch is securely latched.
